Socking Wet

A phrase implemented in the vocabulary of the mother of a popular YouTuber, @Danno Cal Drawings.
The phrase is an alternative way of saying "sopping wet" to describe something that is extremely wet.

P1:The grass is socking wet!
P2:Socking...? Do you mean sopping wet?
P1:Do not question your mother.
