Derogatory name given to an attractive woman (hot) dressed overly conservative (all bottled up).

George: “Hey Alex, who’s the thermos?”
Alex: “Hi George, this is my girlfriend Sandra. She didn’t know I was gonna bring her here tonight, lol.”
