When someone is showing a little more skin than is acceptable, people say "it's snowing in ___" and name a place that is either above the equator or below, based on where that bare skin is.

"Um Cathy, it's snowing really bad in Russia."
"What do you me-- ohh, thanks." *buttons one more button in shirt*

missing a meeting that everyone else in your department makes it to, and then blaming your absence on the snow storm.

Bob is the only one who didn't make it to the meeting. He said he tried to drive, but the snow storm was too bad. I think his snowgina is showing.
