A person who flatters his way into high social standing and mimics the behavior and actions of popular people while at the same time being entirely oblivious to basic social cues.

"Why did that friend of your s just give me a high five and ask me if I wanted drugs and to do sex?" "Oh that's Randolph. He's a popularity sociopath. He probably saw somebody do that in a movie."

Something somebody made up tons of years ago. Something that's just there to make other people feel less important, beautiful, and more nerdy and dorkish than the so called, "popular people." A word that makes everybody else sad except for the ones that are actual popular.
