After being confused, Brad asks Kristina, "what do you mean?"
Kristina than replies, "what do you mean, what do I mean?"
He then looks at her with utter disappointment because he does not know what she means.

Get the what i really mean mug.A variation of "that's what she said." Usually expressed with obvious knowledge, but in fact, they are taking your words completely out of context.
Sam: Are Tracey and Caleb expecting kids soon?
Leslie: No... they're just taking some time to get to know each other...
