Fwippen Delinqwent

A school age person who is so annoying within a certain friend group of extremely cringy kids who is even cringier than they are.

An example of: Fwippen Delinqwent being used in a sentence is: The kids "Hit the gwiddy for Ohio" and one kid starts shouting that's "omega level 3000 gyatt grimmace shake rizz" and the other kids all call him a fwippen delinqwent.
