It's a reference to the famous red/blue pills from the matrix series, but at the same time having a simple meaning which is to chill. The phrasing is just cooler to say.

Chillville

A hut in the forest for smoking weed. The name originates from the original Chillville in Brampton, Ontario... the greatest smoke hut in the history of stoners. For a smoke hut to be a Chillville it must be recognized, by either police, firemen, or other authority figures.

"My mom said we can't smoke in the garage..."

"That's okay, let's go to Chillville"
