A Buppy is a cool guy, but he’s kind of weird. There aren’t many people who who are worthy of the title. Buppy is the name that secretly means “fucking retard”. When somebody is given the name Buppy, it will stick with them for a few years even if they aren’t a “fucking retard” anymore.
