An increasingly common event in which a person or group of persons, knowledgeable within a given field, read or hear Elon Musk making a definitive statement within or about that field, and all at once realize that he is an idiot.

My Elon Moment was when he posted his Path of Exile Build. Now I know this guy isn't taking us to space.

Hugo moment

A brief outburst in which a person yells (or types) racial slurs (often the hard "R"), profanity, gore, and other highly inappropriate content that should never be expressed without considering the consequences.

Tylenol moment

A decision (such as recalling, a dangerous batch) that saves a brand or product from being disliked or discontinued. Originally refers to the 1982 Chicago Tylenol murders where cyanide was slipped into Tylenol bottles. Johnson & Johnson halted production and quickly, recalled all bottles. The move is likely what saved the Tylenol brand from this incident.

This is a Tylenol moment we have to recall.
