Someone who simply likes anime, manga, and thinks alike a lot. Very different from a weebaboo who takes it to uncomfortable highs as in fetishizing Japanese people as a whole.

Friend: "What do you watch?"
Weeb: "I watch anime! I'm kind of a weeb atp."
