It is a word based off the character Naboo the enigma from the British tv show ' The Mighty Boosh'. He is a chill magical shaman but also is a proper stoner and drug dealer. He is often spotted in the show smoking a hookah.
Apparently in the show he is 406 years old which goes to show that maybe weed can have some health benefits after all?
