A combination of the Latin words Chaus (chaos) & Carbasa (canvas). Used to describe disorganised houses often seen in Indie games (e.g. 'Hello Neighbour' & 'What Remains of Edith Finch').

I slowly approached the Chausbasa House that looked like a Primary School art project.

House Inviter

Someone who gives the pretence of being sociable like "yeah I'm up for meeting up, come over to my place and I'll order some drinks/food in here, can chill" but in reality are too fucking lazy to go to the pub/bar/club/restaurant.

They put forward the pretence of hospitality and sociable behaviour but it's just because they are lazy as shit.

A small place on main street in medway where everyone who is too cheap for Starbucks but wants something more expensive than dunks goes. It has bomb ass muffins and coffee. But don't forget the muffins

I went to muffin house with a couple of friends yesterday and I have no regrets about the 4 muffins I ate.

Unlike the advertisings for many other products, housing advertisings are infamous for a) announcing impending price increase the next Monday, b) mentioning distance by travelling time (not akcual distance)

Imagine when Adrian mentions distance by travelling time like housing advertisings like in the sentence, 'I don't move out yet because I live at a multigenerational house located only 10 minutes drive from college.'
