is a term used when someone from their country who is simply proud of something or supports someone from their own country on the internet and overthinks it will annoy people in fact, they dont really care. so basically they just overthinking about other people perception

person 1: "woow he's great artist from my country im so proud of you *puts the flag emoji"
person 2: *from the same country mentioned "hey dont be overproud! it's a shame!"
