a. stupid

or

b. the answerer does not want to answer the question

EXAMPLE A
Stupid Person: Why are your pants black?
Person: Cuz kangaroos.

EXAMPLE B
Nosy Person: Why did you and Sheila break up?
Person: Cuz kangaroos.
