bamboozle

To surprise someone (or be surprised) with an unexpected amount of alcohol in a drink. This results in unexpected drunkenness that hits you from "out of nowhere". The origin stems from the two main components of the word, BAM! an BOOZE (led).

Wow, there really was a lot of tequilla in that pitcher of margaritas. I drank the whole thing without realizing that I was being bamboozled!

Or: I got totally bamboozled by those drinks we made last night. Man, there was a lot of juice in those guys.
