The Goal Reflex 

Also known as 'The Goal! Syndrome'.
A reflex evolved from extreme over-watching of soccer, hockey, football and other sports.
The reflex involves the person subject to the syndrome shouting "GOAL!" every single time anyone or anything in the company of the person exclaims the word "goal", with any meaning and under any kinds of circumstances.
The reflex itself is found mostly found amongst football hooligans, soccer fanatics and hockey-interested.

The 'real' cause of the syndrome is unknown, however it is speculated that it is caused by the brain reacting to the word 'goal' as, as it is in the most sports, a word of adrenaline, ecstacy and/or strong feelings (positive or negative).

Abe: We have gone far, and since the beginning, it has been our Goal to...
Subject: GOOOOAAAAAL!

Bel: Did you see The Taurons' goal last night?
Subject: GOOOOAAAAAL!

Cem: I want to be a goalkeeper for...
Subject: GOOOOAAAAAL!

Dan: I think I've got the Goal Reflex...
Subject: GOOOOAAAAAL!
Dan: GOOOOAAAAAL!

the sudden, inexplicable urge to turn every sentence that ever comes out of anyone's mouth into a 'your mom' joke.

president obama: america needs change!
person afflicted with the 'your mom' reflex: your mom needs change.

person in restaurant: i really like this soup! it has really good chicken in it.
person afflicted with the 'your mom' reflex: your mom has really good chicken in it.

person in car number 1: man that person ahead of us is driving badly.
person in car number 2: who's driving that car anyway??
person in car number 3, who is afflicted with the 'your mom' reflex: your mom's driving that car.
