In this case however the meaning is much more conveluded maybe because the creator was a bit deseginated herself.
When related to people who are they them selves mentally or physically in a state of being divided not only metiphoricallg but literally as well. Often times the deseginated person will have parts of their brain that are know to occupy the same area and preform the same task move around in side thier skull and continue to do it's same job...
