Someone who gives the pretence of being sociable like "yeah I'm up for meeting up, come over to my place and I'll order some drinks/food in here, can chill" but in reality are too fucking lazy to go to the pub/bar/club/restaurant.

They put forward the pretence of hospitality and sociable behaviour but it's just because they are lazy as shit.

'House Sittin'

A cousin to "Pocket Watchin'", which means someone worrying about how someone else spends their money or how much money they have, "House Sittin'" is a verbiage meaning the action of someone worrying about what someone else does in their home, or what is going on in their home.
