to pick ones self up after a setback.
to rise up after a defeat.
a battle cry from the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland.
a shout heard from the stands when someone is jumping for a header during a football game.

When a professional equity options trader is forced to buy back a short stock position (called a Buy-In) that hedges a long delta options position and the stock opens higher the next day.
You go out short 10000 shares of EET against a long 10000 delta options position. Overnight you are forced to buy back your shares at $40. The next day the stock opens at $42. You have just made $20000, hence the term Buy-Win.

The exact opposite of Crescendo of Suck. When WIN just doesn't express the awesomeness of something.
Meeting a girl in a club who not only buys her own drinks, but is willing to go home with you.
Finding a 50 tucked in your couch cushions when you are down to your last 75 cents.
Finding out you are NOT the father.
All those and more fit SYMPHONY OF WIN
