A popular folklore in the Arab/Gulf areas about a female ghost in jinn that once raped a donkey when she was living in Yemen in the 1700s. People found out about her shameful act after she got pregnant and gave birth a baby (called Noshood) with half human have animal features. The baby was later taken from Om Noshood (mother of Noshood), and she was sentenced to death for commiting adultery and inhuman acts.
Now Om Noshood's ghost wanders around looking for her baby, and appears to whoever mentions her name. Also, if anyone denies her presence, they allegedly wake up the next day with half human half donkey features.

This is said to replace "omg" for all those Christians who like to complain about people "using God's name in vain". So, this is a somewhat better substitute word for it.
