A really obnoxious person (person for a lack of a better word), that almost everybody wouldn't piss on, if that person were on fire.
If this person were to somehow catch fire and forget to stop, drop and roll, they would be reduced to ash, thus making the world a better place.

Our school principal is really an ashhole.
