One of the most hilarious (and apparently more offensive to African Americans than nigger.) Heard first on The Sarah Silverman Program.

Random guy: Excuse me, sir, but you have a dot on your nose.
Steve: What are we, in third grade? I'm not gonna look!
Random guy: No, really, you have a actual dot on your nose.
Steve: You...Are...an idiot!
Random guy: You know, you don't have to be a jerk. I was just trying to help. YOU HAVE A DOT ON YOUR NOSE, DICK!
Brian: This is a total dotnose scenario!
Radom guy: I guess it is. I mean, it's a classic dotnose situation. I don't see how it could get any more dotnose than this.

To be used interchangeably with the phrase: "rub your nipple." The word 'pet' may also be subbed out for something fitting with the circumstance, such as the words 'squeeze' 'smack' or 'flip.'
