This is a racial slur. It is meant in the same way as when someone tells someone to say "hey look a nickel!" , really fast,to a black person. If the person actually does it they end up severely beaten if they're lucky, because the implication of course is they're saying nigger without actually saying it, but it's still being said. It's coercive racist bullshit and it isn't cool or funny and should be removed from Urban dictionary and the internet entirely. This is the actual meaning of thnikkaman.
