Right side high refers to the preferred arm placement when a non-hugger is preparing to be hugged by a friend (or someone who is affectionate and likes to hug).

The Right Side

Gangsters tend to wear their bandana hanging out of their back right pocket. Original Gangsters (Crips) would always have a black bandana, tailing from their right back pocket. Reason for this to show that they have no affiliation with any Hispanic gangs (Sureños) who usually wear navy blue bandanas on their left back pocket. Sporting the colour blue was cool but black is what I am.
