A condition in which an individual of sound mind goes days and beyond without taking a shower, even though he or she has immediate access to clean warm running water, soap, towels, wash cloths, lotion, clean clothes, etc. The possibility of the individual being allergic to water and/or soap must be confirmed to be diagnosed with this condition.
