Coined by Bianca Y. Michaels, founder of Heal The World Global, to describe the act of converting emotional empathy into bold, impactful action. The word blends impact + activate, and forms the basis of a new movement of conscious leadership.

4th-impacticitis

A new virus that has infected millions of people around the world. Symptoms include watching 4th Impact YouTube videos over & over again, checking every 2 minutes for news updates in the internet, tweeting all day and all night, insomnia, brain fog, laughing & crying at the same time, etc. No known cure at this time. Research studies are ongoing to find a cure for this disease.

Boss: Ann Anne, what is going on, why r u always tired ? And ur coming to work late everyday? Me: I'm sick. I have 4th-impacticitis.
