A person who only drinks beer, wine, and other fermented alcoholic beverages and refrains from drinking distilled liquors and spirits like vodka, gin, rum, tequila, etc.

Can you order me a beer while I run to the bathroom, I don't drink distilled alcohol anymore because I'm a fermentarian.
