A term used by racists to describe a person of African ancestry when they are in a state of anger or rage.

"Wow, did you see that black person chimpout the other day on the news?" said the racist.

Georgian Chimpout

A Georgian Chimpout is when a person from Georgia(the country) loses an argument or just generally can not argue and starts referencing to tragic events instead.

An example of a Georgian chimpout is:
"I am Ossetian, what about it?"
Georgian: Ahahahaha, remember Beslan?
"I am Armenian, so?"
Georgian: 1915, 1.5million kebabs!
