Get the bueller mug.The status of a computer that is running extremely slowly. A term used when a computer will not respond to commands. This is a reference to the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off, when Ferris' teacher (played by Ben Stein) says his name during role call:"Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?"

Get the Bueller mode mug.A phrase said to acknowledge or point out a deafening silence.
In the 1980's film called Ferris Bueller's Day Off, a teenager called Ferris Bueller bunks off school. The teacher reads out the roll call to monitor attendance. Since the lad is away, when the teacher reads out 'Bueller', instead of hearing the response 'Here' - we hear a blast of deafening silence. The teacher repeatedly says, "Bueller" which is followed by pure silence, again and again.
This highly repetitive section of a film, which us 80's kids watched repeatedly, then became the catchphrase that it has become today.
