Expression used by cyclists to describe excercise induced low blood sugar levels; being a feeling of light-headedness and weakness in all limbs. Similar to 'The Wall' in running. Has fallen out of usage in recent years due to alternative meanings.
I am feeling a bit light-headed, if I don't have a banana, I think I'm going to bonk.
I've got the bonk.
I bonked really badly and had to get a lift home.

A one-of-a-kind term that wholeheartedly encompasses stupidity and and insularity when spoken out loud. Popularized by a first generation Chinese-Canadian, "Bonke" is an abbreviated pseudonym that originates from its contemporary British-English slang term, "Bonkers". The term "Bonke" in of itself showcases a notable removal of "rs" from the end of the word, and is purposely intended to resemble the similar term, "monke".
An excellent example of this would be...
Thomas: "Ayy lad, you best get your arse a'lickin and skedaddle outta here."
Joseph: "Bonke"
