"Threadbombing" is posting an image (or images) with superimposed text in a forum thread; usually to illustrate a point. Often, the "threadbomb" conveys a humorous message of disdain towards the original poster or the entire thread.

That noob needs to read the forum rules. He's been threadbombing our board all day with his tired images.

a biting wit seen on facebook that effectively kills the thread, regardless of topic. 45 comments might be flowing freely on a thread, and then this person comes in, and either through wit, political incorrectness or pure non sequitur, prohibits anyone else from posting to the thread, effectively 'killing it'

Metrosexual Thread Humper is taken from JR Ward's "Black Dagger Brotherhood" series of books. It refers to a man, who without actually being gay, has the expensive taste for high-end clothing most often associated with gay men.
