It's an acronym for Musk Derangement Syndrome, similar to Trump Derangement Syndrome. Referring to Elon Musk. A very obvious and clear over the top and unfair bias against someone that is a threat and disruptor to their narrative and their power.

Not sure if you noticed @elonmusk but the MSM has turned the MDS up to 11.
