Lionz Den Fitness 

a heap of shit placed neatly in the industrial district of small town daventry, what once was a great place to exercise with a cheap membership, great atmosphere and well looked after equipment is now a £35 a month mushroom infested mold covered broken down rusty waste of space. The settlers of Lionz den used to be a breed of advanced roided out massive lifters who would often give advice and treat you with respect, during the great push of 2023 they were replaced with roid raging pedophiles and arrogant fridge raiding weight snatching super setting bench hoarding brocolli haired gymshark wearing failed abortions (male and female we dont discriminate around here), the owner transitioning from welcome and bantering to a greedy twat who charges £1 for a plastic cup (true story btw) and refuses to fix anything or even clear out the mushrooms growing in the shower.
Overall Lionz den is a fall from grace going from cheap and accessible to expensive and uninhabitable

Have you been to Lionz Den Fitness in a while? i went in 2022 it was really nice
