Srilankan Tamilans used it back for fun to add in a point of sentence where it is usually “stuff” just like how people say “thingy”.
Or used to tease someone to make them laugh.

“What is the Chillam chakkam I was thinking about ?”
“You’re a little Chillam chakkam bruv”

boo-cacka

boo-cacka is when you're sick and your body feels like its been run over by a steam roller, after you tripped and fell off of a 10 story building, which you landed on after falling out of an airplane, because, due to your delirium, you opened the emergency exit instead of the lavatory.

In other words, you feel like absolute shit.

Tralena: Only better by the grace of medicine, that's holding the super bad parts at bay today. Otherwise I still feel like full on boo-cacka.
