"Kick 'em off" or "Kick them b*ches out" is a hood term for a person forcefully removing someones footwear, taking it for themselves.

"Me and my men are going to kick them b*tches out!"
Or
"Don't make me come and kick 'em off!"

perma-kick

Perma-kick is an alternative way of saying permaban. It is used strictly on teamspeak and the phrase can be heard when a player is about to be banned from the server.

David: Alright that's enough I've had it with your bullshit Andy, I'm going to perma-kick you.
Andy: Oh shit dude please don't!
Ryan: Guys look Andy is about to get perma-kicked!

Kick in the balls

When a male receives a kick to the groin. The kick doesn’t have to have a lot of force for it to hurt like hell ! The pain hurts the penis and the worst pain is in the balls and when the pain goes up to your stomach. Some find this amusing but any boy who has received a kick, punch, knee or any strike to the groin knows that it is nothing to joke about. This move is typically used by girls but a boy can also use a kick to the balls occasionally, usually as a joke

Kick in the balls is when:
Boy : stood with his legs wide apart

Girl : kicks him full force in the balls for no reason
Boy : falls down and grabs on to his balls crying for about an hour, goes to hospital and pisses blood for the next few days
