A term used to describe the heretical state of insane that can occur during school lunch in a person. Mixing foods, throwing food at each other, making sounds, yelling and fighting.

Uh oh i think hes gone lunch crazy, he keeps throwing food at me and screaming...he ruins my lunch everyday.

This hints to the giant swarms of insects, (mainly mosquitos) that crowd around someone and drive that person to a point of unliteral "insanity". The victim usually runs away or screams, showing how harshly the bugs have affected this person.
