A person who constantly is posting stolen or copied posts/work onto Tumblr™. They seem "blow" or "roll" along an unoriginal trend or work that is not theirs.

P1: "Dude, Stacey just posted some uplifting artwork she said she drew in an hour."

P2: "Soooooo?"

P1: "It wasn't hers, it was Paul Gauguin's work!"

P2: "Omg she is such a tumblweed!"
