~ An individual who has accumulated more wealth than they could ever spend, often through the exploitation of people, resources, or systems, and who continues to hoard capital while others struggle to meet basic needs.
~ A tyrant in high-end designer clothes perched on a pile of money they don't need while the village below burns.

~ a person who won capitalism, received the trophy and has now rigged the game insisting on a seemingly infinite loop of 'Overtime'.

Villionair

Subgroup of wealthy people that use their money and power to hoard more money and power and are especially delighted with oppressing the working class to improve their position in society. May or may not be classified as oligarchs.

The Villionair class donated large sums of money to promote candidates who wanted to strip labor unions of their collective bargaining power.
