Not really a slang term (that I am aware of). Just humourous because of the direct translation. whichi is "octopus balls"

A famous Osaka, Japan dumpling made of batter, octopus, tenkasu, pickled ginger, konnyaku, and green onion, topped with okonomiyaki sauce, green laver (nori), mayonnaise, and katsuobushi (fish shavings). Making takoyaki requires a takoyakiki, a special frying pan made of cast iron with hemispherical molds.A piece of octopus piece is in the middle of a round flour paste ball which is not 100% cooked.

The direct translation is "octopus balls"
The size of takoyaki are about a mouthful, and nothing more.

Tikoyane

Someone who puts the I in unique. Tikoyane's are very rare and you would be lucky to just hear someone with that name. They are smart, kind, caring, athletic, artistic, and fun to be around. They could be awkward, shy, or quiet at times but more times than others they love to crack jokes, have fun and make everyone happy. When you're sad they can put a smile on your face within minutes. They also make the perfect bf or gf.

Ticyano

At least 6 foot tall, jacked, great beard and has a soft spot for absolutely fucking nothing. A Ticyano will always back you up in a fight without a second thought. Some say he will be the next Messiah that will roam this godforsaken planet called Earth and will cleanse it with all of its foulness and deceit and replace it with peace and prosperity. You always want a Ticyano in your life since he will always be there for you and guide you towards the right path.
