A quad f'er is a female freak foot feaster aka a girl who is into guys sweaty, smelly bare feet, socks and sneakers, especially guys toes and lickling (licking and tickling) with her tongue.
I had a quad f'er come over the other day to worship my feet while I played Call of Duty. When my little brother and his buds came in from skating all day, she practically tackled them all to take off their shoes and socks so she could smell lick and worship their bare feet.
