Medical term describing a condition in which the build up of gas in the gut result in a distended abdomen. The resulting "pooch" makes the person appear 3-5 months pregnant. This condition is most prevalent in skinny girls. Almost always followed by a long night of Dutch Oven festivities.

Little baby stack farts 

The most lethal and noxious gas that comes out of a man/boy that looks like Jimmy Neutron while he's in a deep slumber. They smell like exit 13A in NJ, mixed with a homeless man's shit. They are usually accompanied by giggles. Little baby stack farts can't kill you but you'll wish you were dead.
