Some crazy women in a red coat and red hat. Everyone always expects her to come save the day whenever something bad happens because she's their bitch or something along those lines. No one can ever seem to find her, probably because she's using that hat of her's for some inappropriate things. :o

This is when a person gets into the costume of a chicken and proceeds to find a victim which they then begin to hit the victim with a fire extinguisher aiming to knock out the front teeth with the first hit, dislocate the shoulder with the second, crush the orbital of the eye with the third and throw sharp glass at the victim then leave the scene while putting on a top hat and shades.

Person1: Hey you see that guy over there
Person2: Yeah
