An act of sexual foreplay involving 2-3 people. One person farting into their sexual partners mouth, this partner then breathes in the fart gas. This inhalation of fart gas should make them burp. This person then burps the fart gas either back into the farters mouth or into the mouth of the third person; depending on how many people there are.
