Kiptaktochaps

The Kiptaktochaps are a large group of Ethnic Qarsherskiyan clans which usually have common Qarsherskiyan last names like White, Whiteside, Whiteglow, Whitelow, Dewbre, Davenport, Miller, Gibson, Collins, Gowens, and Hassanalian. They have ties to Islamic Europe (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Türkiye, the ethnic Pomaks, Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, and Tataristan. They are usually Aliyite Shia Muslim, Lutheran Christian, or from one of the various common Christian denominations of the USA.

Kiptaktochaps are one of the most influential groups of Ethnic Qarsherskiyan clans. They have power and influence in Keyser, West Virginia and Cumberland, Maryland and Bedford, Pennsylvania but not so much over the Ohioan cities of Sandusky, Lorain, Huron, and Vermillion; neo-nazis chased them away from there.
