An obese, disgusting slob, who is also a convicted sex offender currently serving a sentence of 10 years probation due to his fondling of 12 year old girls. His actions were glorified by his nephew Bam "aka Sellout" Margera, on the show Viva La Bam. While any normal person would put him in an insane asylum, his antics brought better ratings to the show, thus his outrageous actions were encouraged.

Looks like we won't see much of Don Vito, cause he's in jail for the next decade.

don vito syndrome

When someone in a fury and angry state is yelling and the other people around him/her can only understand some of the words they are saying. Often times the one who has don vito syndrome does not make complete sentences but rather short phrases with swear words mixed in.

Mickey: Daniel why do you always leave your shhabengi out and don't fritelshdutbs like a normal person

Daniel: Looks like you've caught don vito syndrome

When one gets extremly angry and shows triats of Don Vito.

Joe: yo jon you fucking suck at call of duty!
Jon: Arghahah jhahdshjxbajdsjsk!!!!
Joe: dude stop Going don vito on me just cause you know you suck.
I shoved my friend Josh and he dropped his ice cream, man he was Going Don Vito on me after.
