Get the Bumping that depressionmug. Depression is an emotion overused in the human body, its like an emotion of emptiness and loneliness that never goes away, its the feeling that you think it wont go away.
Begging god to make you happy, as a sign of his existence and for your own help.
Depression is what you cant get rid of easily.
But knowing that someday itll go away and you'll be happy again, that the trauma that was caused by your childhood you'll finally leave in the past, that someday youll find the one person that makes you happier than youve ever been

Get the Depressionmug. Depression is a serious mental illness. Usually people are depressed because something terrible happened in their life or maybe just because they miss someone/something. But not all people with depression have a reason to be depressed. Sometimes you’re just depressed because you need to be. Some people are constantly sad some are constantly numb. Some people talk about it and some people don’t. Some people show emotions and some people just hide it behind a fake smile all day. It’s like hating yourself and wanting to die but also being scared of death. It’s waking up in the morning, feeling like everyday’s the same. It’s when you know you have people around that love you but feeling like nobody cares. It’s when you cry yourself to sleep every night and cover your mouth so you don’t make noise. People with depression usually either can’t sleep or they sleep too much. Some people lose their appetite and don’t eat at all and some people try to eat the pain away by overeating.
When somebody tells you they have depression don’t act like it’s nothing. Because it is something and it’s very serious.
People with depression always lack confidence. They wear either oversized clothes or always wear sweatshirts because of self harm. They hate when other people make jokes about death, because for them it’s like talking about their dream. It’s wanting to die but not wanting other people to hurt the way you did so instead drowning yourself in your head with those horrible thoughts.

Person 2: “Okay then. I have depression and it’s getting worse everyday and I don’t know what to do because I’m scared to tell anyone.”
Person 1: “ Oh my god I’m so sorry, I had no idea. Thanks for opening up to me and don’t worry, we’ll find help together.”
Person 2: “ Thanks for being here for me.”
Person 2: “What? Oh yeah, I’m fine,just a bit tired.”
Person 1: “Oh come on I know you’re not fine. Just talk to me,please.”

Get the Depressionmug. When someone just needs to give up,like they arnt loving or they feel the need to never be seen again, to be in your own world of sadness and cry intill you run out of tears and eventually scream but no sound coming out.

Get the Depressionmug. Depression is something a lot of people go through. Depression is like when you have no motivation to do the easiest things in life. Depression is when you don’t want to go out places or eat you just want to stay on your bed all day. Depression is something some people can’t get over. Some parents thing having depression is some joke and that adult only have it. But that’s not ture kids,teens and adults can have depression. So kids and teens when you grow up and have children if they come out to you that they have depression or something. Then help them don’t instead of saying “nO yOu DoN’t DePrEsSiOn iS oNlY fOr AdUlTs” cause that’s just going to put them in a more uncomfortable position so don’t say that instead say it’s alright we will go through this together. Always help your kids if there going through depression.

Get the Depressionmug. Sudden depression occurs when you're literally just minding your own business and out of no where - a wave of depression slaps you in the face. No body knows why this happens but I assume it's just a mental thing.
