A pretty straight forward dance move where you swing your arms around and stop really fast at the end of rotations. if there's a piece of music playing and a quick and loud electric bass sound plays you do the "wo" and when it ends you stop. theres also this thing where your friends or someone else pretends to throws it to you and you have to catch it by "hitting the wo".
