Discrimination, Exclusion, and Incompetence. DEI has taken over almost every corporation in the western world because of woke people who do not know how the world works.
DEI has been the biggest corporate buzzword that was probably originally spelled DIE, and it makes sense because of companies like Boeing put the quality of their products and services in jeopardy so a small vocal minority does not get offended.

Short for "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion", which is typically, a reference to a form of work-hiring, that hires individuals based on their skin color, gender, sexual identity, and other superficial traits - rather than their own merit.
The individual in question, was hired, because the company, wanted a certain DEI - not because they had the merit - typically wanted for such a position.
