The Kiara

Sitting criss-cross/Indian style (on steroids), being very flexible.

The other night 3 things were sitting on the floor, two in Indian style and one in the kiara. Needless to say, the third thing must be very flexible.

Omg, I’ve been doing yoga and I can finally do the kiara.
