out of pulse

When a person cannot defend themselves from accusations because they are physically dead.

It is a play on words: "out of arguments" and "lack of pulse".

It originated during the Twomad's death drama on Twitter as a niche phrase to defend Twomad from the sudden accusations after his death.
Everyone attacks Twomad because he's out of pulse.
